How can I listen to Glow Radio broadcasting to Gloucestershire?

Gloucestershire's new radio station playing current pop hits officially launches at 6am on Monday 1st August. Glow Radio, with a mix of contemporary hits alongside nineties anthems and floorfillers, will be heard across many parts of the county.

Glow Radio, broadcasting on the local DAB digital radio bundle for Gloucestershire from transmitters at Churchdown Hill, Stockend Wood, Cirencester and Icombe Hill, has a potential reach of around 400,000 listeners. You can see which other stations are on the multiplex and view coverage maps for the local digital radio bundle. The station also has a website.

Glow Radio joins Fun Kids - radio for chidren - in the three counties, which joined the Herefordshire and Worcestershire digital radio bundle in February 2016, alongside dance music station Like Radio, which launched in December 2015.

To pick up Fun Kids and Like Radio in Herefordshire and Worcestershire, tune to BBC Hereford and Worcester on your DAB digital radio, and then look for these two recent stations in the station list. To receive Glow Radio, tune to BBC Radio Gloucestershire and then look for Glow Radio in your station list. You can also retune your DAB digital radio.

To receive DAB digital radio services, you need a type of radio designed to pick up digital broadcasts over the airwaves through its built-in aerial. We've links to good models on our pages, or scroll down the page for some quick links to both DAB and wi-fi receivers.
